Poker Chips and More ships mostly via FedEx. Service levels available within the continental USA are FedEx Ground and Express Saver. If you'd like to use 2nd Day or Overnight please email us for rates. We reserve the right to substitute an equivalent carrier at the same service level. Poker Tables and Table Tops DO NOT ship via anything than Ground!!!
Most orders ship out with 1 business day from processing the order.
* Transit time begins by counting the next business day, not counting Saturdays and Sundays, or major holidays. Saturday delivery is not available. Orders that are processed before 12noon EST are usually shipped the same day. UPS orders with Ground service do not have shipping priority, and do not have a guaranteed shipping date. Transit times to your location can be found in the UPS transit map. For large items that are trucked we use a couple different trucking services, so transit time may vary. Please click here to see the delivery maps to determin when you may expect your purchase.
* During periods of high volume, such as the holiday season, allow 3-4 days for an order to ship when using UPS Ground Service or the special freight service for large items.

We accept returns on all unused merchandise if returned to us within 10 days of your date of receipt of the item. All returns of undamaged items are charged a 15% restocking fee. Date of receipt is determined by the delivery date as evidenced by the delivery confirmation of the carrier we choose to use for shipment of item. If you choose to return an item that is not damage, please note that you'll be responsible for the shipping costs back to us.
